Children's Water Safety & Drowning Prevention By Rotary club of Royal Hua Hin   09/04/2023 (ดู:1091)



    Following the launch of the water safety, drowning prevention program on the 12th March, 55 students from the Bo Fai 6 school successfully completed the 6 days of training.

    The training improved the children's confidence when entering water, gave them the necessary skills to be in the water safely, and more importantly they were taught how to help another person who got into difficulty, without putting themselves in danger.

     All the children were presented with medals by the Mayor of Hua Hin Mr Nopporn Wutthikul, President of the Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin Phil Lawrence, Charter President Alan Cooper and Rotarian Kamolthip Sangsripet Pettit.

      Hopefully this pilot course will lead the way to improve the safety of our young children in Hua Hin in other schools.

Our club will look to seek sponsors to help finance future courses.
