Dear fellow sub-committee members for the District RI & TRF Alumni sub-committee,
เรียน เพื่อนสมาชิกคณะอนุกรรมการโรตารีภาคและคณะอนุกรรมการศิษย์เก่ามูลนิธิโรตารี
ก่อนอื่น ข้าพเจ้ายินดีต้อนรับเพื่อนสมาชิกทุกท่านเข้าสู่คณะอนุกรรมการโรตารีภาคและคณะอนุกรรมการศิษย์เก่ามูลนิธิโรตารี และขอขอบคุณสำหรับการให้ความช่วยเหลือภาคในการเสริมสร้างศิษย์เก่าในภาคของเราให้มีความแข็งแกร่งและยั่งยืน
เป้าหมายของเราในปี 2560-2561 นี้ คือการพัฒนาระบบลงทะเบียนออนไลน์ในหน้าเว็บไซด์ภาคของเรา และพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลของสมาชิกศิษย์เก่าในภาคให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ดังนั้น ข้าพเจ้าจึงเรียนขอท่านผวภ. นพ.พีระ ที่จะให้ทุกท่านเป็นประธานคณะกรรมการเพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของคณะกรรมการศิษย์เก่า
เพื่อเป็นการกำหนดและดำเนินการเป้าหมายขององค์กร ข้าพเจ้าใคร่ขอสอบถามท่านสมาชิกทุกท่านว่าท่านสามารถที่จะเข้าร่วมการประชุมสัมมนามูลนิธิโรตารีภาคที่จะจัดขึ้นในเดือนหน้านี้ได้หรือไม่ เพื่อที่จะสามารถกำหนดเป้าหมายของพวกเราได้และจะเรียนเชิญ อผภ. ขวัญชัย เข้าร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการในฐานะที่ปรึกษา ซึ่งข้าพเจ้ารู้มาว่า อผภ. ขวัญชัย เป็นผู้จัดตั้งสมาคมศิษย์เก่าสำหรับภาคของเรา และหนึ่งในเป้าหมายหลักในการจัดการงานในสมาคมนี้ควรเริ่มและดำเนินการโดยสมาชิกศิษย์เก่าทุกคน (ที่จะระบุ) และแต่งตั้ง อน. ชวนณภค ให้เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีประจำสมาคม

AT first I like to welcome you all to the district -sub-committee for the RI & TRF Alumni and thank you for accepting to help the district to build strong and lasting Alumni for our district.
In this year 2017 - 2018 our goal is to achieve an online registration at our district home page and a data-base of all the Alumni members in our district, thus I asked our district Governor Dr. Peera to have all of you as chairperson of committees being part to the Alumni committee.
IN order to set our goals and how to commence I would like to ask if all of you could join me in a meeting at the Foundation Seminar next month, so we can define our goals and also ask PDG Quanchai to join our committee as advisor as I learned that he already has set up an Association for the Alumni for our District and one of the goals should be to make this Association function and being run by Alumni members (to be identified) and additionally PP Chuannapuk as the IT specialist.
Please let me know if you have any questions and if you will be available at the District Foundation Seminar next month for a meeting.
